Cross-play with PS5 and Xbox players
7 Days to Die version 2.0 supports cross-play between PC, PlayStation, and Xbox.
Required cross-play configuration
For console players to play on a dedicated server, your server needs to use some specific configuration settings:
ServerMaxPlayerCount
must be set to a maximum of 8ServerAllowCrossplay
must be OnEACEnabled
must be OnIgnoreEOSSanctions
must be Off
If these settings aren't set up properly, console players won't be able to join your server.
Gameplay settings
There are some other gameplay settings that also need to be within a set range of values to support cross-play. Most servers will already run with one of these values, and many of these values match our default control panel options.
But if you're having trouble with cross-play, check that each of these config settings matches one of these values:
